Team Quantitative Testing & Assessment

Assess your squad with data

We test physical capacity, function, and movement using systems including VALD ForceDecks, NordBord, and SmartSpeed. Standardized reports go to the coaching staff and team physician.

Season-Long Injury Prevention Program

Prevent injuries across the full season

Built on your team's test results, we design and run injury prevention and conditioning across the season. Regular retesting and program adjustments are used to manage injury risk across the season.

Association & Federation Assessment Programs

Manage an athlete pool at federation level

We assess and manage athlete pools with data, from youth pathways to national-team level. Standard testing protocols and unified reporting support talent identification and development.

Team Performance Training

Physical capacity and injury prevention, designed as one

Group-specific strength and conditioning for school squads, sports admissions programs, and clubs. Built on sport and position assessment, covering season planning, injury prevention, and targeted development.

Five steps from first inquiry to retest.

Initial consultation
We confirm squad size, positions, and schedule. Two to three weeks before testing.

Test selection
We set the performance axes to match age and sport.

On-ice & off-ice testing
Run as separate sessions, two to five hours each.

Team & individual reports
Team report within two weeks; individual athlete reports within two to three weeks.

Retest
We retest every 8–12 weeks during the season.
